Polar M200

The Polar M200 running watch has an accurate optical heart rate measurement, is waterproof and has built-in GPS. You can easily follow the distance you walk, your route and speed. Via the free running schedule you choose the 5K, 10K, have marathon or entire marathon and give within which period you want to walk this distance.

Via the free Polar Flow app you receive motivating feedback after every run and you see the effect of each training. Smart Calories indicates the number of calories burned, based on your speed, HR max, gender, age, height and weight. You can also synchronize your training data to Nike + Run Club, Endomondo and MyFitnessPal, among others.

If you want to be reachable every call during your run, you will receive incoming notifications from your smartphone directly on the Polar M200. In addition, you can monitor your sleep patterns daily and view daily, weekly and monthly overviews.
