You won't just get hot at your feet. Equipped with the soft Flyknit yarn at the forefoot, the shoe offers you enough ventilation around the toes. Also, the yarn molds to your foot during the ride which is nice the longer you run.

The ZOOMX Vaporfly Next% 3 is equipped with a light padding on the tongue so you experience less pressure from the laces on the top of your foot. The laces run through the lightweight side loops, eliminating the need for support around the arch of the foot.

Enjoy a smooth but firm stride with the updated outsole. This shoe has a thinner layer of rubber and has been reduced in thickness and weight without sacrificing firmness and grip. The thinner layer did allow Nike to add some extra ZoomX which provides a smoother transition during your run.
