The adidas Adistar CS is a running shoe designed to take you on your longest run yet. CS stands for Control Support, which means that this is the supportive version of the normal Adistar.
Thanks to the innovative cushioning, the shoe combines comfort and support for an excellent running experience. The upper is made of soft mesh material which reduces irritation. The dual density Repetitor midsole cradles the foot at the heel and features lightweight, energetic foam and rocker technology. The shoe's upper is made up of 50% plastic gathered from the ocean and the other 50% is recycled polyester.

The best time to measure your feet is at the end of the day. Because of the warmth and movement your foot swells a bit during the day.
