Polar A370

With the Polar A370 you register swimming, running and fitness workouts. The fitness watch measures your heart rate, records your sleep and offers various unique workouts. If you sit still for too long, the Polar A370 reminds you to move. At night makes the Polar Sleep Plus sleep analysis your connoisseur of your sleep pattern and gives you a lot of insight into your sleep phases.

Whether you are training outside or indoors, the Polar A370 measures your distance, pace and maps the route that you are taking thanks to the GPS signal from your phone. If you train inside on the treadmill, your distance will be monitored by your wrist movement. If you always want to be informed of every e-mail or app, you will receive all smartphone notifications via the Polar A370.

The Polar Flow fitness and training platform allows you to analyze your progress via your laptop or smartphone and you choose from more than 100 sports, including LES MILLS workouts. You synchronize training data to other services such as MyFitnessPal or Endomondo and with the Polar A370 you follow your recovery and thus get the perfect balance between training and rest.
