You pay contactless via Garmin Pay and you receive calls, e-mails and apps when you connect your smartphone to the running watch. Because you measure your heart rate, sleep and stress level, you know exactly when you can walk and when it is better to take a day of rest.

The VO2max displays the maximum oxygen absorption capacity (milliliters per kilo per minute), so that you get a good indication of your performance capacity. With the Fenix ??6 Silver you can navigate over all trails with the altimeter for altitude data, weather barometer, a three-axis, electronic compass and ABC sensors.
